Dopo Teatro
Culinary Ensemble of Modern & Traditional Cuisine
Inspired by the vibrant piazzas at the heart of every Italian town, Dopo Teatro, translating to “after theatre” in Italian, is where a slice of traditional Italian cuisine meets modern interpretation. Here you will find a beautiful ensemble of old and new, featuring a wholesome menu using premium Japanese ingredients that embodies the best of the distinctive Italian way of life.
A Symphony of Flavours
Immerse in the repertoire of classic Italian fare innovated from the building blocks of traditional recipes, from antipasti, soups and salads to housemade pastas and handstretched pizzas. Watch as our culinary artists bring dishes to life with a playful touch of Italian magic. Start your meal on a high note with the Squid Ink Cod Fish Croquette; a trio of golden fried squid ink croquette with smoked tomato emulsion, saffron aioli and wild rocket. Seafood lovers can opt for the Fisherman’s Catch; a hearty plate of the freshest catch-of-the-day, including soft-shell crab, shisamo, ocean prawns and housemade mentaiko aioli.
The menu also shines the light on its extensive pasta and pizza selection, all of which are meticulously hand-made from scratch. The team believes the secret behind every good pasta and pizza lies in its well fermented dough, which entails minimal kneading and long resting period. Using the 36-hour fermentation technique, our culinary artisans ensure dough retains its elasticity for easy shaping.
Indulge in the Agnello; a hand-stretched pizza topped with merguez sausage bits, pomodoro, feta and yogurt drizzle. Food adventurers can opt for the Unagi Pizza; a Japanese-influenced gourmet selection featuring premium unagi with kebayaki drizzle and shaved bonito.
No trip to an Italian restaurant is ever complete without wine. Dopo’s wine selection features an extensive range of white and red wines from Italy, France, New Zealand and Australia.
Contemporary Italian Escape
Nestled within Esplanade, Dopo Teatro offers an urban Italian escape along the waterfront, from marbled walls to warm hanging lights indoors, complemented with a breezy alfresco dining area to soak in the picturesque city night views. A theatrical dining experience awaits you at Dopo Teatro.
Courtyard Café

No Signboard Seafood

Today, its seafood legacy lives on through its signature crowd favourites, such as White Pepper Crab, Hokkien Steamed Fish and Cereal Prawns. Adding to its local appeal, No Signboard keeps its prices reasonable so that everyone gets a taste of the restaurant's culinary skill. Relish your homely seafood fare along the waterfront, against the backdrop of the CBD skyline.
