Singapore Online Arts Repository (SOAR) is a collaboration between National Arts Council (NAC) and the National Library Board (NLB) to enhance the national collection of Singapore arts content, and to make the materials digitally available for future generations of Singaporeans. The collection will encompass Singapore’s performing arts, visual arts and literary arts and feature Singapore’s leading artists such as Cultural Medallion and Young Artist Award recipients as well as long-standing arts groups and cultural institutions.
