The Black Box is designed to be a multi-purpose space that provides an intimate setting for rehearsals, performances or events. With a total floor area of 355 sqm, the black box provides performance capabilities with theatre grid and lighting, as well as a fully integrated sound system.

Music Studio is designed with sound-treated acoustic walls ideal for quiet and conducive practice for small group practices and workshops.

Project Studios are dedicated studio spaces ideal for local independent artists and arts groups to develop their artistic projects. These two designated Project Studios can be leased for a minimum of 1 to 12 months to cater to every artist’s needs.

Shared facilities are studio spaces ranging from 62 sqm to 96 sqm, ideal for arts workshops, classes and rehearsals.
