Textures celebrates Singapore Literature a little differently this year. Not only will we extend the festival a little beyond a weekend but to bring it on the road too! The Bottled City will begin at The Arts House and travel to various housing estates outside of the city centre, and unfold themselves in the parking spaces close to where the residents live. Our ways of living and movements may have been restricted recently into smaller spaces, but The Bottled City suggests that our lives though small in this moment offer opportunities nonetheless for curiosity, introspection, exploration and adventure.
