It's been 15 years! As the OBOG Wind Symphony marks its crystal anniversary, we invite you to a musical celebration of our growth.
Riveting wind band works will embody the vibrant history of the ensemble, and our exhilarating — but incredibly rewarding — journey. True to OBOG's spirit, the evening promises famously thrilling repertoire, including Johan De Meij's 'Extreme Makeover', and Claude T. Smith's exuberant 'Danse Folatre'.
OBOG will be led by maestro Lim Yean Hwee, whose musical visions planted OBOG's roots and steered it to soaring heights. The evening will be illuminated by the virtuosic talents of oboe soloist, Tay Kai Tze, breathing life into mesmerising melodies since the formation of OBOG — this time with Hidas' 'Concerto for Oboe No. 2'.
